Gram has become a liability with his kicking like Mainwaring was for the Eagles when thay had solid defence.
His kicking just provides opportunity for Essendon time and time again.
Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.
You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

Seriously? Gram has contributed to more Bombers goals than Watson. Lots of touches from Gram, but he's setting up goal after goal for the Bombers with his poor disposal.

It might work, if we only lost by the number of goals Watson kicks...but it's hard to tell when they walk over us by 20!
