Hope we do better from set shots this week. Was there any feedback from training this week ? long hours kicking goals on the track ?

What will be next from this club ?

yeah, this is really interesting. gotta tip your hat to lyon for having the courage to do this in a way.
In theory, we should have the fire-power to win, so worth a shot I guess.

If nothing came out of this game, the fact that Armo and Smith seemed to have stepped up would at least be a positive.

Goal to Roo but 7 goals to opposition in one quarter doesnt look good for our defense
8 goals now Grrrrr
i think they may tighten up a lot more in the 2nd quarter to prevent a bigger deficit at half-time.

Their midfielders have been scoring - the downside of our mids playing a completely offensive game?

Getting smashed by th umpires atm. Need to settle a bit.

Intent is there, just need to stop em a bit. Armo putting hit body in. Keep going. Smith looks good.

Three goals got through that qtr as direct result of free kicks in the square.

Need to lift defensively a bit. Generally look ok though.

fair call. also, sounds as though gwilt didn't have a good start. he's been very important to our defense. hopefully he'll lift to help stem the tide.

Smith is being given a lot of praise by Commentaors on MMM. He set up the last goal by Roo.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

Every time the commentators mention the ball being near the F50 for the Bombers it's a goal every fkn time. Is our defence out of sorts ??

Saints are playing with energy, but as usual are completely limp entering the forward 50.

We need to score EVERY time the ball is in our F50 because we will never stop the bombers at this rate.

Our foot skills are abysmal. Essendon are rubbish and they're owning us!
