You'd think they'd show the VFL over here in SA on ABC2 OR ABC3. How many more channels of rubbish can they have?
I've just had a bit of a look on iView, doesn't seem to have anything live available. There is a link to last weeks WAFL match so here's hoping that this match will be uploaded at some stage during the week.

VFL Radio isn't covering the match either. Devo.

Cripps getting treatment on the sidelines.

Aren't we having a goood run? How is it that Coburg can play a 5 man bench and we have 4?

Jacky Steven started well with 2 early goals.

Sandy 3-0-18
Coburg 4-0-24

On bench.

Cripps seems like a glut or such the way he was getting treatment. Maybe hip.

Geary lower leg/shin

Heyne knee. Was testing to looseness. Straped up now.

Cripps is fine I believe? Back on the ground and moving well. Or the commentators are screwing up names!

Geary being checked by doctor. From what I could hear.. 'could be bruising could be....'

got up and tried to run again. But said it was f***ed.

Lynch brilliant and one of the few shining lights so far, unfortunately he is playing in the one position we have a abundance of players, half back flank.

Steven also doing well in the middle and up forward with two goals.

Stanley, dissapointing so far, two reckless tackles and hasn't really done anything, but still plenty of time to go.

You would think Cripps is Leigh Matthews...not a player yet to debut at 18/19 yrs old......

Just goes to show at the moment grabbing any straw......

Some glimpses from Smith and Walsh...

Goals -
2 to Steven
1 to Heyne
1 to Johnson

I liked his dash up the middle...I reckon he's a class above.

In fact, there are two or three players that I'd bring in next week.

Agree. Has come a long way. Looks to take the game on a fair bit also.

Based on the first 1/4 I would think Steven, Crippa, Lynch, Johnson and Smith are all in the mix for next week.

Agree. Not trying to sell out Blake but personally I would prefer Tommy in by quite a distance

McQualter has wasted nearly every ball he has won. Let's hope that he is not back in the seniors next week.

Who are the injured players for Sandi? Commentators are saying they are 2-3 down but aren't saying which players.

Not sure about everyone else. But I think big will Johnson has something. Creates a contest. Gets down to the ground as soon as the ball hits the deck and chases. I like him

Looks a lot better playing in the forward line. Really like the way he throws his weight around and the goal he kicked in the first quarter showed very nice composure.

Any chance St Kilda could kick at goal as well as Sandy?
