I think there'll be real reason for concern if they aren't turning up in the mail tomorrow.

If your membership doesn't come in Monday's mail call the club and go ape.

That's after you clarify that they have you down as paid up for 2011.

It's fair and reasonable to ask for it to be couriered if they are shoddy.

That's if you're a 16 game member.

Otherwise, for 11 game members you have until round 2 so a bit more time.

Good advice. After many years a member at the same address, The club somehow decided I lived in Spencer St. in the city and mailed my stuff there. They tell me Ill have my card before friday night. I bet I dont.

I got mine while I was away on holiday - Letter dated 21st Feb and I got home 14th March so sometime in between then.

Im a Diamond SC Member I'm wondering if they send them out first?

Lets hope they all arrive this week for the ones that have 16 game or are junior members.

Definitely paid up. They were able to confirm our usual reserved seats and give us our seat numbers for the MCG. So if thats all sorted I can't think of any valid reason why they haven't been posted. They also confirmed that my new granddaughter's angel membership was paid for and "processed" (on 27th Jan), yet there is no sign of that yet either.

I think its very reasonable to demand that they be couriered, but I don't really like our chances.
We all also should be demanding to be put through to our head of membership department (Who is that?) instead of having to deal with staff who really don't have the power to do anything about it- but I don't like our chances of that either.

To say I'm disappointed in the way the club has handled this is an understatement.

I don't think anyone has got there hats yet. I still think there on the slow boat from China.

I emailed the club and they said they will be ready for collection at the Saints marque at the G the Friday night. Here is hoping.

Since we can only pick up our scarf from Etihad, I will have to be scarfless until Round 3 (boo). I hope I don't catch a chill.

you can pick up scarves and caps (if they have arrived!) at Round 2 at the MCG our home game!

Geeze I feel sorry for you guys. I'd be pretty man pi55ed. We got our caps and scarves over here ages ago and we got membership cards a week or two ago. It's pretty odd when you think that we don't really need the cards at all over here in the sunny west

maybe someone with connections can start a mailing house that can follow simple processes...

The "good" ones mail everyday.

Oh and I received my amended card today. Received the originals alittle over 2 weeks ago and they didnt have my Mum and I seated together at the G. I rang the Club and asked them to reissue. And now all is good.

Memberships were mailed out if you signed up before the 15th march.
They should arrive before Fridays game it also says. Although I'm still waitng for mine..
