2011 SPONSORSHIP GROUP PLEDGES

OK, it's the last day of February and we only have
19 shares left

When I look through the list of previous members of the sponsorship group I see quite a number haven't joined in this year as yet.

Some have left the forum, others may not want to participate, and some have probably just not realized that the sponsorship group is up and running.

14 shares left for the current sponsorship.

I've just done a quick comparison with last year's sponsorship group and there are 45 (just under half the total number) members who have so far not joined for this year.
Some have left the forum but others are posting on here and I'm wondering if they've decided (for whatever reasons) not to join this year or whether they're simply unaware of the 2011 group?

I am aware that there is an element of dissatisfaction with the administration and moderation of this site which has led some people to withhold their sponsorship. Also, many who have attended the sponsorship match experiences have felt completely underwhelmed with the way they have been treated by the club on the day.

I urge both groups to put those issues behind them and support the club and the sponsored players in 2011.

Think it is 3. The last share was for the third player.

Yes, It is currently 3.

We now need to make a decsion as to whether we go for a fourth player?

There are still many posters from last year that we have not heard from (about half of last years group).

Do we take a punt or do we play it safe?

Well you have $15 left over from last year apparently so that is a good start. Seriously I would either PM those guys and see if they are interested or just go with 3. No need for you to be out of pocket

althou im of the opinion that 3 is pretty good and we could stick with that

Agree a PM is a good idea, some people don't post on here in the offseason and may of missed it.
