Still no membership in the mail?

Yeah I received the first package before christmas I think but haven't actually received the card yet.

Is it possible that your credit card could have expired since last season and you haven't updated the new cards details?

I have recieved 2 of the 5 memberships I bought. All paid in the one transaction and going to the one address. How does that work?

3 of our reserved seat cards have turned up with no seats on them,
who knows how long the new ones will take.
Not a mention /apology email about the stuff up from the club or is it only a certain few affected.
New SC seats are what we are waiting for.
Have spoken to club they are hopefully onto it.

The club should get their act together and communicate via the internet in a more timely fashion.

That's fair enough, but I don't recall ever getting mine earlier than this time of year. I even remember having to pick them up at family day one year.

The thing with the reserved G seating isn't the Clubs fault, they have to wait on both Etihad and the G to do their thing first.

Got three of my household's five membership cards yesterday.

Interesting how they are going to clip the card when you pick up your scarf- the clipping will leave a hole through the head in the pic of the player on the front.

Yes but it saves having to hold on to a piece of card seperate to the membership - it's a much easier solution.

They even got our names right.

Im on that plan aswell. Have so far received 2 member packs with everything included in both, except the member cards... Also my dog received a member pack for the pet membership (forgot to cancel that one after seeing the crappy stuff they get this year). So apparently my dog is going to use a key ring, wear the member sticker, watch the dvd So needless to say i now have 3 of everything and no member card.... Was bit disappointed that none of the dvds had an alternative ending though

As much as I love this club of ours, I have to say that the membership department are a RABBLE and no amount of excuses will cut it with me I'm afraid I'm philosophical about it now after ten years of stuff ups and such.
Those in charge (and they've been there long enough) should have been able to get some kind of system in place to at least get cards out on time.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!!!

I just don't understand why the process seems to be so complicated.

They know there will about 40,000 people applying for membership.
Why do they leave the printing and mailing till the last minute?

They should have it all ready and post it out as soon as the application $ are cleared.

Membership cards are always sent seperately and never usually arrive till during the month before the season starts.

Im on the roll over and mine arrived yesterday (interstate).

Still dont have DVD, or social club side of things, but not phased, at this stage
