Look if the media publish anything that 'outs' a player then they can be viewed as violating someones civil rights, as it is a form of discrimination, seen in the same light as racial vilification.
AFL players are human and I dont doubt there are some who are gay but it doesnt give anyone the right to 'out' them to sell newspapers and promote ratings on a television program.
People forget that Ian Roberts (NRL-Manly) came out in his own time, and his team mates, sponsors and fans could not have given a dam.
If any person tries to air any footage of any player regardless of club, then I hope they are ready for the legal action which the Gay Activist will take and rightfully so.
