As for the entrapment. Someone brought up a good point about this and maybe she is getting some help as she is very good. Either way though it is clearly RN fault for puting himself in that situation.
Yes - it was an unfair comparison as her current performance is being enhanced by the yet-to-be-banned H/S steroid.
RN has been caught with his pants down, figuratively or literally, in underestimating the malice and resourcefulness of a 17 year old girl.

Perhaps Kimmie's aircon wasn't working in the hotel room and Dicky just wanted to keep his cool

Do you know if this photo is from her hotel room and that he was with her at the time it was taken??
Or could it be something she uploaded from his phone that had nothing to do with her?

-Theft of photographs from other people's computers/cameras/etc.
-Lying about being the photographer.

Well then its an open and shut case. RN said it didnt happen how she says so that is 100% proof. As I said earlier I wouldnt beieve either of their stories and I reckon they deserve each other.

You are right. There would be plenty of videos going around with RN in his underpants. I dont believe anything she says. i dont believe anything RN says. I do believe that Channel 9 and the HS have seen the videos and stated they dont look good for RN. I know it is criminal to believe the media but if it wasnt true wouldnt RN be suing them?
The tatto she had boasted of getting the week before the photos were uploaded was clearly visible. Said tattoo was acquired well after she had "lost" the second twin.

One scenario.
RN meets Media Headline Girl.
Takes his phone when he is not aware and copies every on it...or removes memory card etc...
Just so happens that there is a video of RN on it in his underpants....which Media Headline Girl now claims she took when she did not.
If there is a video of RN in underpants...then all that it may prove is that there is such a pic...and not who took it and when.
Like i said, I dont believe one word either of them say. Both their records are pathetic to say the least. At the moment I choosing to believe the media. i know i should be hung for that but as he hasnt threatened to sue them and that is what everyone seems to do these days, I have no reason to suggest they would be lying like the other 2. If they tell me otherwise i will then have a different opinion.
