St Kilda vice-president Ross Levin said the club has resorted to legal action after it and the girl’s parents had pleaded with her for weeks not to release the photos.
BUT if it states she is to surrender/ destroy only those taken from Sam's computer-- or Saints photos- will she still publish those from her own or of other clubs....?
and without reading the order the Saints requested- but it also stated video and audio...
Interesting that it's confirmed the club and her parents pleaded with her for weeks not to post the photos. Plenty of time to weigh up her choices. How giddy she must have felt hitting the upload button, what a rush the first 24 hours would have been with all the attention.
Sadly like any trip she now has to come down.
I think she will come to regret this little episode.

The reason she isn't speaking to her parents is probably most likely because they dared to say no to her and she's thrown a temper tantrum.
For a kid, she cetainly dresses like an adult doesn't she.

i remember when i was of similar age i did things i shouldnt have done on a computer, and mum took my computer away, i learnt from this, her parents should have as well

I just saw her stuff on youtube, my goodness, Sammy seems a decent guy and is one of my favourite players, what did he see in an underage nutter like her anyway? She is a few sandwiches short of a picnic but seems to be loving all the attention...

She had numerous opportunities to (re)consider her actions but chose to procede.
Therefore she must now face up to the consequences of her actions.
She has caused hurt and distress to the players, club and suporters.
So lets get quite nasty and purposeful and hit her with serious legal actions.
Might not only teach her a lesson.
But also sending a warning to any other two-bob tarts seeking their moment of fame.
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!

Does anyone here actually believe that you can take the big stick of control to a 17yo girl - and that this wil be met by a calm "thank you, I understand the error of my ways" .....
The parents already probably tried that method - hence the reason she got into a whole lot of footballer trouble and is living away from home. She is not 14 or 15 and this is not Victorian England.
I am also completely over everyone calling her a whore etc when it is a whole host of footballer "heroes" that she has been f****** ... she saw them as hot and by all accounts they have been queueing up to get with her. What would you call them? Give me a break!
This is a team game and there is no room for individuals who think they are above walking through the fire.
I have no doubt that there are nude pics of her floating around, but being yuounger than 18, it would be illegal to publish them without her parents consent.

At 17 I wouldn't callit Kiddie porn, and anyone who peddles or encourages that crap should be strung up by the genitals.
However, as I've said elsewhere once she turns 18, expect the offers to come flooding into her to take her clothes off and I would think it would a good bet she does.
Unfortunately, that will continue this young woman's sad choices in life.
I would be a hypocrite being critical at having sex at 16, hell my first girl was 16 at the time, though we did have a two half year relationship after that.
However I would be critical of her, and of any teenager of that age just having sex with multiple partners, as the old saying goes if you play with fire sooner or later you are going to be burnt.

I do worry that thids young girl has spiralled out of control but as she is under 18 amd her parent obviously can not do anything maybe it is time for Child Welfare to step in and try and sort her out.

The parents are not legally responsible for her actions.
She's too old for Child Welfare.
She's too young to be responsible for her own actions
She's too young to be punished appropriate to her crimes.
