Isn't that what most on here are ripping into her for? Taking her "vengeance" on what she perceives as our club and some in it having done "wrong" by her? And yet you want to do the exact same thing. Oh the irony.

Channel Seven will give them a payout (settle out of court- public discreet apology) but no one else will be paying up.
As for Kimmy she is just going to be told not to distribute them and destroy any remaining images.
The court wont come after a teenager without the means to pay and her parents wont be made liable.
The Saints and the players will be more seeking to make a stand over the already distributed images and hope no more come up.
As for gaol time she wont get any thing but a suspended sentence or a community based order and told to refrain from posting anything else.
She would be able to apply for legal aid or a court appointed defence and the court will be sympathetic to her age and legal representation.
It would suit her more to look overwhelmed by the AFL machine as judges are not going to like david and goliath nature of the case.
This is a real grey area of law and wont be an easy case for anyone. Social networking sites are just a vessel and as such are not easy to sue.
She is acting all wikileaks and pretending to be a free speech advocate.
Their only real chance of having her shut down is to have Gilbert report the theft of the images to police who could then charge her with a crime.

SHe frequented 18+ venues at will.
SHort of demanding to see her birth certificate or cutting off her leg and counting how many rings, how was anybody supposed to know she was 16/17 which btw is apparently not the definition of a minor in Victoria for sexual activity by people other than those in authority positions.
SO there would seem very little likeliehood of her suing Gilbert oer teh sexual activity ewither becasue of her own actions adn secondly the law.
I've seen her photograph taken at games.
I never had the pleasure of raising daughters, only sons, but from what I saw in the photos I would have sworn she wa 20+.
Maybe if I'd been around teenage girls I would have been better able to tell that this heavily made-up, sophisticated looking girl wasn't the 19 years old she claimed she was?
From the outside looking in, she appears to have set out to ensnare a footballer and when he didn't act in the way the fairytale in her head told her he should, she's been on a rampage ever since.
IMO it's no coincidence that there are a 'string of partners' all over town that have had relationships with her over the past 12 months and it's quite possible that she has casued most of the trouble she finds herself currently in.
Not that she thinks she's in 'trouble' - which is a major part of the problem - she' seems so full of false bravado that she's got no real idea of the ramifications to herself and others of what she's been doing.
