This is called upping the ante - and perhaps going way over the top, unless there are other photos of Saints players. The real risk here is that public opinion will swing behind the poster if it is seen that she is being bullied by lawyers and others.

I was trying to think of an event that might get this story off the front page. Perhaps Russia invading the Netherlands, but then again, that would still only make it to page 14 of the HUN.

Good for someone for finally having the goolies to challenge this young woman.

And she can't claim ignorance about an order issued in cyberspace-it's the new way to go. And if it's someone who seems to know a lot about cyberspace it's this one.

Also sent to the father's email as I assume he is judged to be her guardian and again can't plead ignorance.

Can't back from the Gold Coast?
She made it to Adelaide ok.
From memory the first flight out is about 730 and the other choice is to drive to Brisbane so no excuses and I think she better be on it.

I don't think they can. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think she is still classed as a minor.

The order has been extended and it will be served to her on twitter.
She could be asked tommrow to delete(I.e the order stays) the photos at 2:15PM.

LAWYERS for St Kilda star Sam Gilbert have won a court order to continue to stop a teenager from publishing images of naked teammates.

The 17-year-old girl who published the explicit photographs of Saints' captain Nick Riewoldt, Nick Dal Santo and Zac Dawson on her Facebook page this week, did not attend the Federal Court directions hearing in Melbourne.

No legal representative acting on the girl's behalf was in court for the hearing.
