I think you would find that women quite apart from their views that footy players are a little course and stupid would find naked pics of the players a laugh.
The irony being that if the footballers distributed the images of a woman against her will it would be a major sex scandal.
By the way I am definitely not advocating that it is wrong for women to be sensitive, just pointing out where the difference lies in the incidents.
The similarities between the two incidents is that only ****wits could seriously find either to be offensive in any way.
Even if you tried really, really hard, you couldn't find either to be offensive or serious at all.
Maybe I'm just into conspiracy theories, but more public airing of Saints players evil doings seemed to come to light not long after Milne and Malthouse had that little shouting match early in the season, with particular verbal content. I feel in my trusty bones that someone is out there digging deep into the dirt for things to destablise STKFC and has been since 2004. Anyway back to my cuppa.
On conspiracy theories, the only one I can see is that media outlets could have met her demands for releasing the pics in a way that isn't traceable back to a journo.

I think she'll now be paid off and/or threatened by certain connections so that she never posts pictures of players from a certain club. We know which club I'm talking about!

Is it a coincidence that she posted the photos just after she was found to have been involved with a police constable?
