Without wanting to sound like Cliff from Clematis (for all you old Coodabeen Champion listeners), I've got a mate who's in the publishing game and the word is that this is a cracker
Apparently not much has been left out and we all know what a big year 2010 was...
An amazing insight from all reports

But let's get to the point(s):
(1) How much of the profits go back to the club (if any)?
(2) How meaty can it be without giving away trade secrets?
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.

(2) sure - but I am sure the club reviewed the content and was happy with it.

The excerpt has been up all day - that demonstrates how quiet it is around here.

some background to the creation of the book
http://www.saints.com.au/news/newsartic ... fault.aspx
After relocating to Melbourne from Sydney, St Kilda Football Club’s Elite Performance Manager, David Misson was intrigued by the city that is entrenched in sport and consumed by AFL media interest all year round.
Such was his surprise at the amount of focus and coverage of AFL in Melbourne, Misson decided to document his time at St Kilda Football Club throughout the course of one year.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
In explaining his main motivation for writing the book, Misson said; “Seeing the saturation in the media of footy when I arrived in Melbourne was really intriguing. You read so much in the media about the game, however no one really has a handle on what actually goes on and what is required to get a team on. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
