If they'd taken BJ and Wells they'd have never been able to go after Judd, you know with the salary cap and all.HSVKing wrote:If Carlton had taken their picks, BJ and Wells would have gone there, would we have taken Brennan with the 3rd pick?
Hang on, what am I saying. This is Carlton we're talking about. They'd be able to fit them all in and still make a play for Roo
if woolfe didn't kick that last point for a draw against the swannies.....wells would have been ours as well...HSVKing wrote:If Carlton had taken their picks, BJ and Wells would have gone there, would we have taken Brennan with the 3rd pick?

Yep reckon they were going to take Salopek either with pick 3, or 6 instead of (trading for) Brooksgoodie wrote:Think we would've taken Salopek (who incidentally slipped to 6 and would've been ours if we didn't trade for Brooks)HSVKing wrote:If Carlton had taken their picks, BJ and Wells would have gone there, would we have taken Brennan with the 3rd pick?

Yeah, I liked the Woolfe, but yeah how things change on one position in the draft...stinger wrote:if woolfe didn't kick that last point for a draw against the swannies.....wells would have been ours as well...HSVKing wrote:If Carlton had taken their picks, BJ and Wells would have gone there, would we have taken Brennan with the 3rd pick?
Played forward and back....
But I always liked the way he played...
And how we have wasted some draft picks in recent years...
It will come back to bite us, unless we have recruited well this year, and considering our position on draft picks, they would have to pull some rabbits out of the hat. Because we have done very little with our first round draft picks in recent years.
Don't wait for the light at the end of the tunnel to appear, run down there and light the bloody thing yourself!

I think I hear more winging from Bombers supporters due to the Blues cheating than Blues supporters losing BJ!saintsRrising wrote:Why did the whinger not come out and proclaim that if they had played by the rules that they would have less flags?????????SaintSimmo wrote:http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/b ... 5970488824.
