The new facility looks fantastic! What a step up from the third world conditions at Moorabbin.

Could these facilities be that extra couple of % that gets us to the ultimate?

Love that pic SaintK.

Goodluck to StKilda at their new facility. We really deserve this and credit to our boys for sticking with St Kilda when other clubs have had better training facilities. Go Saints.

Memberships must be disappointed they miss out.

Nice to hear only one "right" from the president, and also the boys will be back at the local schools, hopefully with a bit less publicity than last time.

Lance or James??

Publicity is fine, I'd love the club to get as much publicity as possible for its school programs, so long as it isn't scandal publicity.

The school next door is probably going to have an increase in admissions.

love the look of the facilities, fantastic.

Bit worried some of the boys might spend a little too much time in front of the mirrors in the weights room

Probably won't read anything about this in the HS....

We have handover.

Now the defects liability period begins.

The sooner they move in, the sooner they can identify and have any defects rectified.

Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

How long does that last for ace?

No doubt there will be plenty of fixing needed given the money we paid....

Apparently he's been offered big money to do a paper round for the GC.

About once in the early 60's I would have thought...and look what happened after that.....St Kilda's most successful period in it's history.

I for one loved the idea of the Saints moving closer to where I was brought up, but after witnessing what I saw on Friday I am really doubting the move to the specific spot where it is in Seaford.

I drove past just to check out the progress of the oval and buildings. About 100 metres away from the oval a girl and a guy were having a massive punch on on the footpath. They were obviously under the influence of drugs, but the sight made me sick! You look at the housing, and the area in general, it isn't much of a step up from the Pines just down the road.

I really do worry about the boys being in such an area, is the oval going to be swept for needles before they use it? Looking at the oval being so close to the street, am I right to assume it wont have any extra protection from letting others in? Those who live in the Frankston area would understand my concerns, I know it may sound a little over the top, but I'm honestly worried.
