Only a fool would scroll back page by page.
I'm sure ChicagoSaint looked at the reference to the current page of this thread ...
http://www.saintsational.com/forum/view ... rt=4425
He would have noticed that the final number 4425 divided by 25 (posts per page) = 177 completed pages
So if you want to see page ninety-one
Then that is 90 completed pages.
90 x 25 = 2250
So amend the last 4 digits in the address to 2250
http://www.saintsational.com/forum/view ... 497&start=2250
And that is page 91
BINGO
So Plugger66,
no need to scroll back,
just edit 4 numbers in the address.
Your lack of numeracy lets you down again.

Yeah it looks like no-one is going to answer it.Bernard Shakey wrote:So what's the answer?
Well Kosifantutti23 was on the right track.
Correct that there are three sides, and he was right on two of them.
The full answer is that our streak is better than their streak for only 3 clubs.
Bulldogs - 9 to us (1965-69) and 5 to them (1992-94)
Freo - 6 to us (2007 and active) and 4 to them (2005-07)
North - 10 to us (1963-68) and 9 to them (1974-78)
Though we are closing in on Richmond.
We are currently up to 13 against Richmond (2003- …) compared with their best of 15 (1940-49).
Also worth mentioning that we are level with West Coast on 5 apiece (or "two each of one" as Peter Landy would say).
We had 5 (1997-99) and they had 5 (1993-96).
But we currently have a run of 3 against them.
So hopefully by 2012 the answer will be 5 clubs instead of 3.

Aaaah - you don't mean just Round 1.
First example I can see is we beat reigning premier Haw at Moorabbin by 3 points in R6 1990
None of our players had survived from 79.
But TWO of theirs had - Ayres and Tuck
?

I actually missed this one and had it as 1992 where we also beat Hawthorn. I have no memory of this 1990 game at all, my only (feeble) excuse being that I was just back from my honeymoon.snowdelisaint wrote:Round 6 1990, we defeated Hawthorn.
As Enrico says, Ayers and Tuck played both games. Only Ayers made it through to the 92 game.
I think either one of you can go.

Now that THE Great Man is back in the fold and formally a LEGEND, it is OK to ask questions about him.
What is the most number of goals that Plugger kicked for us in three consecutive appearances?
i.e. the most goals in a 3 game burst (there can be gaps in between when he didn't play).

Was it in 92 when he kicked 12,10 and 11 in his first 3 games back from injury?Enrico_Misso wrote:Now that THE Great Man is back in the fold and formally a LEGEND, it is OK to ask questions about him.

You are right.
(and yes he missed two games between the Brisbane and Sydney games).
So correct about the 34 goals being his best effort in 3 consecutive appearances.
But I was actually looking for more information.
(Plugger66's incorrect answer is a clue).
