Can someone explain the exact rules to this? Are draft picks taken into consideration? Is it after or before trade week?

Could always set it based on List Lodgement 1 tomorrow, with draft picks. Adds a random element, especially if it ends after the draft because you have the choice of trading for a pick before the draft or a draftee after the fact.

well basically.
everyone has a team.
with the list (we will use updated lists obviously)
and in a time frame.
we all trade each other.
there can be 7 way trades.
and who ever ends up with the best team (voted via poll)
at the end wins.

if everyone is cool with Goodies idea.
we will start with list lodgement one teams.
and with draft picks.
you can trade draft picks for players or as sweeteners.
and ones the draft happens
you can just add the players that went with your picks.

if everyone is okay with this.
