Excuse my ignorance, but how does it work?

Basically, everybody picks a team, and acts as the list manager... They discuss trades with other players to further enhance their playing stocks or draft picks. At the end of the trading period, each player posts a best 22, and players can vote on who has the best squad, who has improved their team the most etc.

If we were to get this up and running, I would like Hawthorn.

i only put them there because they are teams.
id rather not have them because we dont even know the lists.

Up for grabs is a fella by the name of Israel Folau. He's proven to be very quick and is very good at throwing a ball. Hasn't quite grasped how to hand pass yet, nor has he ever kicked a sherrin. He also comes with a 3 million price tag over 3 years.
