2009 or 2010 will be our best chances, however it was the suprise of the season when the Saints came from 6th to beat Collingwood for the flag in 2011.

btw remember the cats were finished after 2008?

Won a flag and made a prelim after that.

the hawks were too old and too slow in 1991, didn't have a single player in the AA side that year, it was all st kilda and geelong.

if the team and the coach are good enough we will win.

I agree though, don't think we'll win one with this side.

As good as our core is, I think we're unfortunate in that they don't have the mentality to get it done when it matters most, ever.

Like that Geelong side circa 89-95ish.

I highly doubt 2011; it would be a freak event to make three GFs in a row after losing two. Maybe 2012 or 2013.
