His chase is about as useless as Kosi's but he kicks more goals than Kosi.
He would allow Kosi to play second ruck.
Full backs do not zone off Fev.

BUT our sponsors would have to suck it up, for the possibility of a premiership.
They would need to accept that he WILL embarrass the club and sponsors through his behaviour.
He will never change.
The club and sponsors would need to grit their teeth and bare it.

would be cheap and worth it.

A few people have said he would be cheap. He would cost a fortune but people here insist we dont have a salary cap.
Why should we wear a salary cap when Collingwood, Geelong and Carlton don't.
We just need third party employers paying exempt salaries like them.

It must be a great world in which you live. Do you live in a country called cynical? Luckily we have no players earning other incomes.

Holy crap MSG, that's a flag team right there! (I'm serious)

Obviously, I'm still depressed, so I'm suseptable to crazy ideas....

I really like it, BUT:
- how the hell do you get Fev & Kerr to the club & under the salary cap?
- how the hell do you get Fev to not be a d1ck for 2yrs?

You/the club finds a solution to that, then please do it....otherwise....next idea....

Three on the bench. One substitute.

Probably try to get Judd as the substitute because he is as much hope as Fev and Kerr.

I don't know... I think I would prefer Ablett in the ruck and move Roo to back pocket.

Main problem with Fev is that he is a "Me" Man rather than a Team Man.
I want to replace a full forward who doesn't kick goals for one who kicks a lot of goals. If they love looking at themselves in a mirror then I couldn't give a s*** if they win us a flag.

Arent we paying fev? By the way what happens if we trade for him and he gets found guilty of that incident? How would that go after Lovett.

I don't know how exactly they'd do it. Perhaps getting a couple of genuine guns could mean moving on one or two of our over-paid under-performers. King, Baker retire, use the vets list to full advantage, have their former teams pay for a percentage of the wages...

Fev would be completely banned from things like TFS, get a serious kick up the arse and would have guys like Lenny showing him how to act. I also think he'd be much happier at St Kilda; he always seemed to like the club and gets along well with the players which would definitely help his mental state.

The Lions have advised that they'll make "a major announcement surrounding the club review process" at 2.45pm AEST today. Source: AFL: Twitter

I thought I'd put this in the Fev thread. I have no idea of the content of this announcement. Just thought I'd keep dreaming. Maybe they'll sack fev??

The only way we could get him is if he is sacked by the Lions and is then in the draft. He nominates and we grab him hoping no one else wants him.

Lions find his behaviour untenable and seek to trade him out with a substantial amount of his contract paid.

It is about time we got a win on the board as far as trades go. I would have him in a heartbeat even if he was the greatest c**k in the world. Which is quite like to be.

We are a 3 goal a week better side if he could add his attacking to what we already have. Still need one of our young guys to step up or trade for a reliable mid.

It was just a strap on.

Anyway, running close to 100% salary cap...that's about 70% too much to secure the 'services' of Mr Fevola.

Apparently a police statement has been released stating that charges have been dropped as the wife of the complainant "was up for it". I can't find a link though.

I know a couple of people who will be absolutely guttered by this. All their faith in the justice system will be out the window.
