Mcevoy is a couple years ahead of him and he still get's pushed around by the bigger ruckman in the comp eg Jolly.
Get him on a wing or flank where he can use his speed and height without having to use to much of his bulk.
Will help build stamina and endurance for a future run in the ruck.
He would be a very diificult match up, anyone who can match his height wouldn't have his speed and anyone with the speed to match couldn't match his height.
Those positions are basically on ballers and I have seen nothing of him to sugget he would be anywhere near good enough below his knees to play in those positions.

Not the guy for that position. But we DO have to think differently.

There's not a great deal of changes to be made when you look how the Pies have emerged from successive Prelim beltings It's definitely that bottom much talked about bottom six and a more attacking stlye that needs the work

Keep the faith
We will come again with Tommy Walsh, Luke Miles , Rhys Stanley
Jack Steven , Smith, Armo and Simpkin

McQualter replaced by Walsh

Dawson or Blake replaced by Raph Clarke

Ray replaced by Miles

I think Dempster might prove to be better than we all think.

I suspect Geary and Armitage are exactly like the players we're trying to replace

Peake replaced by Steven

Eddy replaced by A Smith

Mac replaced by Gardiner

Schneider replaced by Stanley

Gordon Fode couldda been Plugga
