The bubble's stuck in the Lyon cage...
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Liking the 'crowd packed' bit.

"ST KILDA midfielder Nick Dal Santo says he is fit and ready to go after battling with back and hamstring tightness in last week’s grand final draw against Collingwood.
Meanwhile, ruckman Michael Gardiner hasn’t been ruled out for this week’s replay despite appearing to suffer a serious hamstring injury in the drawn game.
Dal Santo admitted he was not at full fitness in last week’s game but said he was on track to be much better in this Saturday’s re-match."

I liked the sound of the Arnold Breidis interview today - North not spending any more than an hour on the park all week, trying to focus on their skills and not the game. The guys who played won't get worked much.
Unfortunately, I don't think Collingwood will bust a gut like Hafey made 'em do back in 1977.

Nice hour's drive up to Moorabbin to see them train. Packed crowd, pretty tough to get in. Everyone looked 100%, no niggles or hesitations or anything else of the like. Big absence of Gardiner - pretty much certain he's not playing now. Hope he still gets a medallion.
