Lets be honest the Collingwood supporters beat us easily.
We may all may have been trying our best, but our best was far from good enough.
Fortunately for us our team was not outperformed and we have another chance.
Ross Lyon would not accept a "well we tried, but we lost" from the players.
We should not accept it from ourselves.
CS your leadership needs to lift.
You are not fit to wear Lenny Hayes number.
Look how he lifts when the need arises.
You need a cheer that is joined by saints fans all over the ground.
Not self indulgent ditties.
Stop your pathetic crying CS and start to perform.
Nothing but victory is acceptable for our players.
It is time that saints fans demanded the same of themselves.
Wooooo will never beat the long CCoolllliinnggwwoooodd.
tend to agree with you, but our CS has had issues for years, I think it's just the way they are.....they do their best with the cattle they've got.
At least our CS have the following:
(1) Teeth
(2) More than half a brain per person
(3) Red, Black and White on their backs!
I thought we were very loud yesterday but not sure if the CS can take complete responsibility for that. But its a hard job for them.
Well done to the 2 AMAZING red white and black bays next to the Pies cheersquad, I could hear you all the way across the ground. Noice work!
After being incorrectly snapped at by a CS member in another thread earlier today, I think I might just leave it at that....
I guess it is just strength in numbers and we need a bigger CS?
Still, we did good yesterday us loyal noisy fans! Ive always been a loud supporter and it might not be the St Kilda clap clap clap chant that the CS want but I always yell encouragement and I am the loudest whistler at every ground every week.

Now that's what I'm talking about.
The only people who thought our cheer squad won were to close to know.
I was in the MCC members level 4 but at the Collingwood CS end of that area.
Collingwood cheer squad won by more than 100 points and decibels.
Now that Spurs chant, that would really intimidate those maggotpies
Why can't that replace the silly Woooo ditty.
The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

Are you offering up your services to the Cheer Squad? I am sure all help would be appreciated.
The President of the CS was on 3AW prior to the game and apparently only 250 of the 500 were able to get seats.
If you ain't happy with the chant, you are more than welcome to counter it.......
Where I was sitting, they did really well. As you were sitting right near the Collingwood CS, maybe that is why that is all you heard!

However I am not going to sit back and tolerate the absolute low life feral and out of control Women that attacked our Cheer Squad verbally at half time, during the third quarter, and last - when the game was on the line.
.
She was right next to me row G in M2 - complete embarrassment. I tried to pretend she wasn't there but in the end she was rather persistent.
She was a bizarre addition to a day that had the person a row in front of me yelling at the 14 year old year girl further along my row to... stop yelling.
I guess the saints are a rather broad church - a little less stereotyped than the folks in black and white.
I cant beleive there is people, either at the ground, in their lounge rooms or on here who think that they can tell other people how to chant, when to chant or how loud they should be?
35 years and I never realised there was a cheer squad competition?
Who got the Sandra D medal for best cheer leader?
Fair crack, take responsibility for your own cheering and leave it at that, well done CS for making banners, volounteering your time and giving people who want a structured supporter experience some where to turn.
I was sitting on the opposite side of the ground to our cheersquad but I'd have to say that at least visually, from there, the C/S and surrounding bays looked stunning.
Everybody should wear as much red as possible next week. The pies bays looked very dull in comparison.

That happens when they don't wash their clothes all season.
The white turns a dirty grey and the black fades to a dirty grey.
They end up looking like dirt.
Probably another reason why they are referred to as the filth.

Excellent PR done by the Saints on the day. They had boxes of flags that they handed out for free to ensure that it was a see of Red, White and Black.
Bring your flags again and I hope that the Saints hand out more flags so that we can see that sea of RW & B again!!!!

Looks like you have all the answers there, chief.
How about you get on the blower, join up and get things happening?
Your kind of spirit and resoluteness would be just the ticket don't you think?
Or are you just a hater from afar who bleats but never acts?
Up to you I guess.
I was in M2. I hardly heard Collingwood all day.
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'
