Great to see them looking so relaxed.

It was telling they re-group ahead of the Pies after the siren

But why is Schneider working backwards?

The only one that wasn't relaxed was Grammy inside on the bike. Didn't look happy.

Good to see Dal was out there, can anyone see Dempster?
Gram was on the bike though, but that could be part of his rehab, let's remember each player will have his own personal rehab for this week.
