Re: 2014 Anzac jumper
Haven't posted in a while (before the usual posters start whinging, I have been here moderating though), but this jumper just really needs comment. It looks unfinished! A couple minutes on the computer and I think this is an improvement! http://i.imgur.com/grcc0jO.png Uses the design the club are wa...

Re: PROPOSED NEW FORUM RULES
Yes sorry old chap, I just received a warning for eluding to Matrix calling you a numpty… Matrix calls people who PM mods 'Numpties'. You implied it was Stinger who did this, no one else. You were warned for baiting him. Should slap another warning on you for bringing a PM into the public forum and...

Re: What a suprise. Cheats.
Dal gave him the opportunity to drop the ball and get the 50. Had he not swung his arm and hit it, he doesn't drop it.
Why are people defending Dal so much, clearly a stupid action and the consequences were costly.

Re: What a suprise. Cheats.
He paid it once the ball dropped out of the player's hand. Simply put, the umpire didn't see the actual incident. He paid a 50 for something he didn't actual see. Poor umpiring. Did Dal hit the ball? > Yes > 50m Penalty. The rule simply is you cannot touch the player or the ball when they are going...

Re: What a suprise. Cheats.
50 against Dal was absolutely correct. Players of his experience should know you cannot grab or hit the ball when in the hand of a player going back to take a free kick. Forget that he 'dropped it', the 50 should have been paid simply for Dal's stupidity of even getting his hand near the ball. If t...

The way to decrease spelling mistakes before pressing the submit button is to write your post on your word processor. It isn't even that hard Majority. Download and install a reputable Internet program (ie: Firefox) and it will underline any spelling mistakes like Microsoft Word and the like does. ...

I am sure that it was not BFUSA's intention to further strengthen the oppressive dictatorship that runs this forum. All that seems to have happened is that HSV has woken up from a long sleep and decided to order us around like we are all naughty schoolboys. I do not accept that any owner/admin/mod ...

Have done it every time, seems to be using either a dynamic IP or different computers.
Furthermore, registration is now limited until I can find a solution to a problem we are currently experiencing.

well I dont get it either - as we seem to quibbling over time I have never started a thread that could be in any way deemed to be offensive, if I ever did, I would think 5min would not be insufficient time for me to calm down enough to see the error of my ways. I am the type poster that mostly come...

Not allowing edits gives people very little chance to self moderate, I am sure many people post something and then (more than 5 minutes later) decide they said the wrong thing, and if we are to wait for a mod to arrive we could talking days... We've given it a chance and we don't like it, now we ar...

quote the offending post? This is a reasoning behind this move. Instead of quoting a post, and a shyte-fight starting over it, simply hit the 'report' button and leave it. That has been the problem with this place for too long. Too many wanting to abuse or slander, and when one does, more follow an...

So is that it? Even if the majority of us would like it as it was, we'll do what you have decided is best? Clearly we don't 'own' this thing if you are making changes that most of us might disagree with... Why don't we put it to the people? I suggest that if someone has an issue, then they could pm...

+1 to keep the edit function how it was. I think people who use the report function do so privately so not sure your theory occurs often enough to have a small edit window. I've never seen a report worthy post edited anyway (not that I even new you could report). Only until recent years the edit fu...

The edit button should always be there. Like Dragit said 99% of people were using it for the right reason which was usually spelling mistakes that werent noticed initially.
