Hall of Fame - Trevor Barker this year??

Every yesr the Hall of Fame trots out players who I consider to be no where near the calibre of Trevor Barker. If he does not get included this year, the club needs to do some serious lobbying to rectify this.

Cheers

Re: Geary tackle

Was this a moment that changed the momentum of the season? I cannot believe that the umpire did not pay a free kick. He calls " no prior" surely regardless of prior the tackled player must make some effort to dispose of the ball legally. Patton made no effort at all. If the no prior overr...

http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/afl-trades-2016-collingwood-defender-nathan-brown-heads-to-st-kilda-20161016-gs3ev9.html Brown's management approached the Saints last week, and he has signed a two-year deal. Why not turn this around to our favour and release a statement along the lines of " now that Jake is a St Kilda player we expect he will fall into line with the much stronger values of our playing group and cease those behaviours that may have been part of his previous clubs culture" Man ...

Re: Carlisle "scandal"

All I can think now is if this came out a week back we'd have him for a second rounder and we'd still have beautiful pick 5 :( If Jake knew about this video and didn't tell us because he didn't want to endanger coming across, then the duplicity is almost the worst of it. How can he be trusted then?...

Re: Carlisle "scandal"

ACA claimed they advised Carlile's manager 24 hours before the trade. At the very least the AFL should withdraw the managers liscense for life. I wouldn't hang my hat on ACA's claims to honesty or righteousness, Toy - they've got serious form suggesting otherwise. Both ACA & TFS have posted the...

Don't know if anyone has though of this, but there is technically a third party in this affair whose reputation has been some what diminished as well, and that is the Victoria Police. Rightly or wrongly, they advised Milne that there would be no charges to be laid 9 years ago, Even at the end of Ma...

Agree here, I am probably the biggest critic of the sticky epidemic… I think it's nice to be able load the page to see the latest threads and actually see the latest threads… without scrolling or swiping. Ideally the stickies could be all bundled together in a rolldown menu… key dates, sandringham ...
