Membrey's form
Did anyone else notice how many marks Members dropped and balls he fumbled against the Tigers. Unusual for him lets hope its not a trend. The other significant thing was how much leeway the Tigers defenders were given with pushing our forwards under the ball. A large number should have been in the b...

Re: Sam Fisher pleads guilty to drug trafficking
He was renound for similiar use when he was playing - so if the AFL think they are doing players a favour by covering up recreational drug use they are kidding themselves. The only thing they are protecting or concerned about is their brand, they dont want dozens of players rubbed out of the game by...

Re: What I’d like to see moving forward…
No Nas is not, but at least he can win a one on one contest and commits his body when its his turn, Bonner does none of that. Perhaps you can inform us all how Bonner should play BM?

Re: What I’d like to see moving forward…
I dont think Bonner at his age is NOT remarkably going to alter his decision making or physicality in the game. Port delisted him for a reason he is the classic of recruiters being wowed by his kicking, so much that they over look the significant weaknesses in his game. If RTB & Boris can turn h...

Re: Cooked
Injuries again have cruelled our start to the season, it will take a miracle to recover and make something of the year. No club can cope with so many out for so long.
Injury/player load management remains a huge question at the club - RTB and the fitness staff are NOT getting it right.

Re: Sandringham Zebras v Collingwood today
Well, watching Sandy hasn't got any better. Just awful to watch. I didn't see the first 20 minutes, so I missed the good stuff. McLennan and Schoenmaker have been solid. Garcia playing with energy. Hotton barely getting near it. Moose looking like a lumbering 1960s ruckman. Midfield is a rabble. Ju...

Just an obtuse question but is he gay? Everything about him to me looks like he is a real confused young man.

Re: The need for speed in our midfield
Our midfield didnt kick more points than goals, we won the non centre stoppage clearances. Our game broke down with failure to present targets out of defense. There is plenty of scope for our midfield to improve but out game plan does not rely on it. The key is hitting targets and fast ball movemen...

Re: The need for speed in our midfield
We saw last week the lack of leg speed from Crouch and we witnessed a poor game from Seb Ross. Now that Crouch has been dropped, is it possible that the need for speed could see those guys struggling to get games for the remainder of 2024? Steele is a lock. But every other midfield position is up f...

Really good ruckman are important but midfielders are much more crucial IMO. Collingwood just won a flag with a battling ruckman they are not as important as elite midfielders.

Re: Matthew Allison
Looks like he's last in the pecking order. Been at the club a fair while and now seeing first year players being selected and listed as emergencies. Horrible position to be in. It's going to be really interesting to see how he responds. Will this push him into overdrive and get him playing with the...

Re: Round 1 team - official
Ross Lyon is not a Jones fan Lyon gave him some direct feedback at training- about taking the kick, and not trying to take on and beat 2/3 players Jones argued back - Ross later heard saying I can’t put up with that s***! Big effort by Collard Sub I reckon I dont know what RTB and Jones's relations...

I would be tempted to bring Shoenmaker in to replace Howard. Put Battle at full back on Hawkins and Wilkie on Cameron and let Shoens take the 3rd tall.

Definitely showed he has a big future. That pack mark in the last 1/4 was excellent, he is one of those players who has a longer reach than his height suggests.

Re: Hunter Clark is injured again and looking at 6 weeks...
Enough is enough. Time to move him on and get the best possible draft pick for him. Even if it is just a late second rounder so be it. We cannot afford to have players continually injured. Get rid of him and move on........ We cant keep stringing along these perpetually injured players, hoping it w...

Re: Match Sim 1 vs Essendon
Problem for us is the players showing something have no spot to break into. Keeler and Arie - who do they displace in defense? And if not now, when? Its a good problem to have it keeps the pressure on the boys in the seniors whilst these kids continue to develop. I agree with others I would swap or...

Was very disappointed in Allison he was out muscled and dropped marks no second effort will be delisted end of year. Hottons looks good quick and good build coul...

I live in SA and I love all the positive training, match sim reports. I listen to SEN Vic because it's not SA biased. I love Johnnie from Epping and Margaret, she didn't sound well this morning so I hope she's OK. I got really annoyed this morning when they did a segment .. who goes out of 8 the 8 ...
