We wouldn't draft a bonfide champion who did drugs.... When we were contending Why a GOP who's done drugs?.... When were crap Because Cousins was still doing gear thats why we pulled out. From what everyone is saying Travis is over his depression and is back on track. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

Re: We're Back
Newnes has got little to no upper body at all it looks like, Also same for Tom Lee. Nathan Wright, however, looks in terrific nick! Very surprised at the lack of size with a number of the boys - looks like they have not touched a weight in the off season. Hopefully the new fitness guy can put a roc...

Just read on Trade Whispers that he has nominated us as his preferred choice of destination... Don't see him coming here though as we already have one too many players.

Re: How are we filling the salary cap?
Assuming that the AFL rules require us to pay at least 95% of the salary cap, now that another 650k player has departed, who is filling the cap? Roo is reportedly on less Steven is on a contract that was agreed upon before he would demand much pay Vast majority of our list are either young kids on ...

Re: Jesse white to Freo
I'd say Ross will throw their first rounder to the Swans for Jesse White. Serious possibility, but I reckon they're more likely to end up with Dustin Martin than White. Martin's price is dropping by the day, they could end up with a massive bargain and a serious piece of their puzzle for the next t...

Would be amazing if we could land him! Has come on leaps and bounds this year. I'm not sure I'd put him in the category of Amazing, his goals per game are less than Tom Lee's. Pretty sure I didnt say he was amazing... said it would be amazing. Sorry ill keep the fourm at its usual unhappy posts. :r...

Re: Banger Harvey
Club legends don't seem to have a very good strike rate as coaches at the moment. Voss - Fail Ratten - Fail Primus - Fail Hird - Epic fail Buckley - Failing slowly Banger doesn't seem like a head coach to me… the best coaches weren't necessarily the best players But the best coaches of all time whe...

Re: trade rumours
Dal.....to North Melbourne for their first pick (pick 9 in the National Draft). Joey...to Collingwood for their first pick (approx. pick 13 in the National Draft). I would consider Dal and our 3rd Round pick to GWS for Pick 1 - reckon we will keep him though I would keep Joey Mate surely you don't ...

Re: Gold Coast wanting half backs?
Surely it has been proven beyond doubt that Gilbert is one of the most important players on our list. He is 194cm tough as nails, lightening quick. He is a GUN. why give him away? Ridiculous Because like a number of our players, he has trouble hitting the side of a barn. Why do think Rooey gets so ...

A few months ago when he wasn't getting a game, he had plenty of deficiencies to excuse his lack of opportunities... Good to see those have evaporated Kicking, pace were the main ones and of course that VFL form is irrelevant.... Except everyone who watched VFL said his kicking and pace were fine. ...

What is everyones thoughts on Adam Cockie? He appears to be a tough mid-fielder, which we could do with. He has had two consistent seasons with the Zebras. Only Curren has been better than him overall. I think we should pick him up. He could be very handy when our new young midfield is out there. H...

Re: Guess this week ins and outs
Is it just me or does anyone else think if he cant even get into a gallop then maybe 199 is where it has to be?? I know we all want him to get to 200 but if he cant even move and starts as sub it put pressure on everyone else and the last thing we want is a few injuries that disrupt our pre season.
