Re: Harvey, Robert

A few months back I spoke with a ex saints champion who played with Burkie and Banger for most of his career. We were watching our sons run around in the Dragons Development squad, and I brought up the Harvey Question. He told me that Harves was very upset with the fact that he interviewed for the j...

Re: Spencer White

I've broken my scaphoid bone in my right wrist three times over the years. The first time was probably the worst. I was in a cast for three months but it hadn't healed sufficiently and I went back in for another 6 weeks. The second and third times happened about 18 months apart but healed fairly smo...

Re: Khan Haretuku?

Manoffewwords, If the swans were thinking of drafting him at the end of last season then he must have some commodity. David Reece Jones said he was best on ground in last years Victorian VFL side. Once again I'll say that at 22-23 he still has a lot of upside to him. He will never be another Jonatho...

Re: Khan Haretuku?

It wasn't his choice to play two's for Frankston, he had missed a game thru a shoulder injury and came back via the 2nds and also having played a few games in the 2nds earlier in the year, due to a hamstring injury which he got in pre season, Frankston thought that qualifying him for the twos might ...

Re: Khan Haretuku?

I can guarantee you that he would be more than happy to be back at the saints, mind you he would be happy to be picked up by Melbourne. He was very close to be drafted by the swans last year and even told him that if they didn't get Tippet then they would pick him up. He is very focused on getting b...

Re: Ex Saint kicks 6.2 today

He is very focused on getting back to the AFL and doesn't mind where. His father is from NZ but he was brought up in Sydney.
Oh and he has a few nicknames including Chaka

Re: Ex Saint kicks 6.2 today

He was almost drafted by the Swans last year and Infact if the Swans hadn't of got Tippet, they would have taken him.

Ex Saint kicks 6.2 today

Khan Haretuku kicked 6 goals today against the Northern Blues as well as some good grabs. Good to see the young guy playing some good footy, may be a smokey in the draft later this year. Big body and good hands.

Re: Conspiracy or paranoia?

May well you skeptics make fun of this conspiracy issue, but I have information that could be bigger than watergate. I know a man, who was walking through the car park prior to the game on Sunday, when he noticed a heavy set man in his late 40's of what he described Grecian appearance. He watched th...

Re: Conspiracy or paranoia?

I missed the Dermie call, what did he have to say? Agh the nickname, yes it certainly brings back memory's to those old enough to remember those historic nights at the old Friday nite disco. Many a time did I leave there as the sun was a rising, only to venture down to Denny's restaurant for a feed ...

Re: Conspiracy or paranoia?

I was listening to KB this morning, spewing out the same old party lines about its the players that lost the game not the umpires. Now in essence that is correct, for if Roo had of kicked the ball off the ground, if Joey had of handballed or kicked the goal himself, if the Saints had of set up corre...

Re: Conspiracy or paranoia?

I realize that our players could have made sure if it by not missing opportunitys but I also think there was a great disparage in how the free kicks were awarded but more importantly where they were awarded!

Conspiracy or paranoia?

What would be the benefit to the AFL in having the West Coast Eagles in the finals, obviously massive for $ and TV ratings. Is it possible that the umpires may have been instructed to make sure that they got over the line. This would have been a game that the Eagles would have penciled in as a win, ...

Re: Cripps??

I don't think there would be many players playing AFL footy who 'dog' contests. I also think that Crippsy is also trying to work out his role in the side and let's not forget that Dal was very much an outside player for the first 5 or so years. Oh and just one other thing, he is and will alwYs be ba...

Danny Frawley loved the club as well but never made it back, well thus far.
