Ross needs to tell him like he did with Sean Dempster. If your hands are on the ball first mark it dont punch it. Dempster got better when he started marking the ball instead of punching every time.

I think the best thing to come out of the draft was the aggressive thought process behind targeting the players we drafted and were not bullied. New blood extra depth creates competition. Fantastic result.
