Under the previous regime the players always practiced centre square drills at the Captains run once they knew the oppositions likely set up.

One of the things I noticed with Max this pre season was that he seemed to have the confidence and size to throw his weight around. He was really cracking in.

Zac Jones was back at the club running with Billings. Others who didn’t complete the run, were Coffield, Battle, and Adams and Gresh.

I would add to the above:
Heath developing as a ruck/forward. Strong mark and accurate kick.
King being very physical, strong body.
Cordy another strong body and experience in defence. An improvement on Joyce.
RTB not directly involved, casually walking around talking to coaches, fitness staff.

I was also there and can confirm everything BM reported on, including watching Butler and Adams walking to the DFC with towels over their shoulders.

Give it a rest mate, you focussed on just one small thing. Just got back from watching a cracking AFLW match which we lost by 2 points. Towards the end split into 4 groups - backs, mids and forwards (small and mid/tall) and practiced drills. The biggest group by far was mids. Dowler showed some skill as a tap ruckman. Ferguson was with the backs and Archer, Kosi and Stanley with the mid/tall forwards.(Hamill working with this group)...
