If we can have 40 senior players on our list, and factoring in Teri leaving, we will have 32 senior players. If we bring in Membrey it takes us to 33. Upgrading 4 rookies - 37. Then our 3 first picks ...

We get Petracca and 2 more in the top 25. (when you factor in the father son/academy pics, we probably have 3 in first 20 live pics)

If they really want to demonstrate that FA isnt so that star players can chase a flag, and cash at rich clubs, they should consider making FA moves unable to exceed a certain percentage of the cap.... or say 500k... perhaps they should dictate this within a club anyway to ensure that all players get...

He was going up against probably the best Ruckman in the comp, next to sandilands...

He is very young, and is our second choice at the moment for Ruck... so no real concerns from todays game...

we are gettin there, but need to seriously concentrate on defense. we get gilbo back soon, and Geary will help, but fisher & dempster are our only 2 reliable defenders and they get butchered when the ball comes in long... i agree we need midfield, and fwd, but defense has been a massive hole and...

Hickey for mine... he really doesn't need to do a whole heap more to be a good Ruckman... (considering the way we are using him) He Rucks 80% of the game, and only really has to take a few defensive grabs, or kick a goal or two and he would be a good ruck... i guess to be great, he would need to dev...

He may be there purely as an example of how hard you have to work... He sets the standards for the youngsters to follow.
