I actually felt after last season, I don't know how you guys felt, I was really back behind the team after last season felt doom and gloom?
It was kids having a crack and I really felt like screaming a lot and supporting them...
It got my passion back for footy

We made Popbitch this week.... >> Small fry << Scandal at St Kilda Last weekend, at their end-of-season party, Clinton Jones of the St Kilda Saints Aussie Rules Football Club, set fire to a dwarf. A dwarf they'd hired to amuse them as they got twatted. Still, if any club should know how to handle a ...

Re: Leave your tributes here for Milney - to be printed
What can I say - a HUGE part of why I support St Kilda, and a HUGE part of why I became devoted to the cause! I had a lovely chat with Milney back in the day about American sports, him and Nick Riewoldt, and thus adopted them both as favourites Then of course, as we all know collectively, as the abu...

Sorry Payton I should've been a tad clearer. I don't believe it that they didnt use HGH. Which from doing a bit if reading is like a masking agent apparently. HGH can increase the effects of other PEDs.....and give the time these drugs are used in the system a bit of a decrease in the time it can b...

Re: Collingwood?
Probably what disappoints me is the fact that no one will really investigate, Derryn Hinch style, all these claims There's no one willing to risk their cosy AFL spoon fed media careers and get Nick Broomfield on the Pies, Cats and, ahem, "the un-named Victorian Club" Someone needs to make ...

Re: Saints in the paper again!
I think I am misinterpreting or misumderstanding the rules - why has Saad's name been published? Is the 3 strike policy only for non-performance enhancing drugs? Can someone please explain rules etc. The rules basically are, if you have a strong PR or media department you can suppress names with le...

Re: Saints in the paper again!
This surely is a joke. I mean really ASADA is just taking the piss out of Saad, aren't they? What is a joke is what ASADA list as peformance enhancing drugs. No what is a joke is that there is any sign of enhanced performance coming out of Seaford this year! A Saad of course being an anagram of Asa...

Re: Saints in the paper again!
The main difference with the Essendon case is that he's failed a test. They'll do a test of his B sample, and if that turns up positive, then he'll be given an infraction notice. I don't think it helps anyone to sit here and try and compare this to Essendon's case... This looks like a standard dopi...

Can we trot out the Essendope "Good bloke" defence? Get a lot of people to say Ahmed Saad is a good bloke who knows a lot of good blokes?
How can a club with Lenny Hayes etc etc...he's a good bloke!
Who's our voice in the media these days...Spud?

Re: Saints in the paper again!
So let me get this straight We all know who the "un-named" Victorian club from 2008 is and it can never be printed We all know of at least two "injured" players who went away for a while after failing Strike 3 We still don't know the Essendope players to this day And yet our guy,...

I've got my Saints jumper on today at work most proudly (well it's always worn proudly, but you know what I mean!) Re: Is the game currently in crisis?
It's interesting, I'm still emotionally all in on our boys, but have lost interest in attending or watching "neutral" games I've lost interest in the game, and I have a lot of younger friends who simply aren't interested in football at all - they watch the NBA, and wouldn't cross the road ...
