Whilst most of the other Clubs chose to suspend playing during WW1 so that they could join together with mainstream Australia and fight the War, the 'great Collingwood' showed the rest of the country where their priorities lay - winning Premierships against little opposition. So what about the club...

Young man, if you are going to enter the world of stats, at least make a decent attempt, even if you are making it up. First, you said 'since 04', although including 04 only makes the stats better for the Saints, Next, the Saints played 6 games at the G for 5 wins in 05, 5 games for 3 wins in 06, 2...

So if it rains at 1pm and training is 2pm and all the players are getting ready at the ground they will be told to pack up and head home. No they will not. St. Kilda would have worked out the logistics of that issue already. Collingwood had to ask for special permission from the MCC to train there ...

Not if it rains. The MCC informed Collingwood, that if it rained in the 24 hour period prior, they would have trained at Gosh's. Obviously trainning on a wet surface & with a game to follow the next day, the ground would be chopped up.plugger66 wrote:Sorry what does that mean. We are training there.

No matter how many times you post this accusation it doesn't make it any truer. Only 2 people for sure know what happened in that incident O'Dea and Greening. I'm assuming you're not either of them so you are either repeating s*** you've been told or are making it up as you go along. There were act...

Do your fellow supporters really need something that happened nearly 40 years ago as motivation to believe your team can get over the line this week, or is there something good about the current team you can highlight? I don't think the Greening incident is relevant now but you can hardly de...
