Re: The difference 5 moths can make!

Please don't tell me you guys block people? The different opinions, insights and disagreements is what makes this sight interesting. It's part of life and it is normal. Each to their own i guess but how boring to just follow people who agreed with you all the time. I don't block people I disagree w...

I thought John Bennett was coming in as a kicking coach a couple of years ago. I never heard any more about him after that announcement.

Re: Zac to the rescue

You need a great list to win 19 straight. Game plan helps, but not possible without a great list. I know you want to give Ross all the credit, but don't be delusional. Richmond didn't have a great list through that period. We did IMO. Especially 2009. We won 19 in a row, so the coach couldn't possi...

Re: Zac to the rescue

Why does everyone talk about the fact that he didn't have many bags kicked against him. The fact is that footy is a team sport and he leaked many goals to his teammates opponents because they had to try to account for Zac's many errors. He is and has always been a dud. . I guess that explains why w...

Re: The difference 5 moths can make!

I think we've gone from an average age of 28 to 24-25 roughly. I'd love to see your calculations. I find it hard to believe that we have dropped three years given that all the players we have retained are a year older. Some quick calculations. If we had a list of 45 and kept 30 of them, the 15 new ...

Collingwood has three. One of them is Paul Medhurst. It's a meaningless stat with arbitrary goals and years.

Siposs article in the Age

I reckon 4 feature articles in the age in the last seven days. Why all the love all of a sudden? ARRYN Siposs feels like a St Kilda player now, not the kid who was drafted to the team that he loved most. Re: Intra Club Pre-season Match

The Dockers have been one of the best recruiting teams over the past several years. They have the best young player in the comp in Fyfe and one of the most explosive in Hill. They've been the best team bar none at finding bargain picks in the draft particularly with mature age players. They also sh...

Re: How much of Melbourne do the Saints cover-

I've lived in different suburbs of Melbourne north and south of the river as well as a couple of different countries and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that wherever I have lived there has been at least one Saints fan in that area.

I'm sure all of you could say that too.

This is what happens in international soccer. The player either re-signs or is traded with the club getting full trade value for the player. Those soccer clubs never allow a player to enter the final season of a contract. The contract is ALWAYS extended first or a trade made. I suggest you google t...

The article is about assistant coaches leaving before the season finishes. I don't know how that would apply to Lyon.

Why "finally" I wouldn't think it was the biggest issue in the AFL.

NICK Riewoldt will captain St Kilda again this season after receiving the overwhelming support of his teammates and coaches.

Well IMO history has plenty to do with it You would have lost a lot backing us to miss the finals in the last eight years. yes, because making the top 8 every year means your an amazing team doesnt it??? No but if a team that hasn't made the finals much in 100 plus years makes it seven years out of...
