on the st kilda auction geurnesy site. it says on the info page that there is a

starting bid of $400
and a
minimum bid of $20

does that mean if i placed a bid i would be charged 400 dollars or 20 dollars???

actually, well, i change my mind... if it was a family member, like, lets say in 40 years when dad is in his late 80's and we might still be cupless since 66, and i got a ticket and dad didnt, well i would obviously give it to him! but if its some random 90 year old man at the footy crying for my t...
