They are paying the soft ones one way. The problem is we are also giving the umps the chance to pay them

thats what I dont get. One week the instruction is put the whistle away the next its pay everything. Its a bit contrived

Yep pretty ordinary considering - but we need to start to be smarter to start highlighting the obvious frees.
Bruce and Membrey should be complaining after every marking contest.

Its hard not be biaised but the continued umpiring calls that go against us are an issue and have already cost 1 possibly 2 games this year. Somehow it needs to be addressed before we start playing finals again?

Given that we'd be sitting in the top 8 if it wasn't for poor uniting I give a f***. The Hawks game was blatant cheating and the North game was just biased.

Agree in general though, Saints seem to be on the pointy end of the umpiring mostly. Better to address it after a win.
