I think this is the worst accuracy ever recorded in the AFL, I can't ever remember such an inaccurate score from the past.
This just goes to confirm my and AR's thoughts about the Adelaide Football Club.
If they can kick straight and finish top four, look out!

Years ago, we kicked 19-27 and I believe it was against Melb.

You are spot on. I was at that game too, and mentioned that to the assembled throng as we were watching the game last night . At half time it was a ridiculous 10.24 to 10.3 , and 25.41 to 16.7 at the final siren. Both Matthews brothers kicked 4 goals and even more behinds. George Young ( the original George 27) kicked 6.1 for us. A year or two earlier we had produced the comeback of the decade to beat them at the same venue - Princes Park - but on this day they absolutely thumped us.
Possibly the most costly example of bad kicking was Essendon in the 1948 GF who kicked 7.27 to Melbourne's 10.9 , and then lost the replay.
