Well done Faz on your 200th. Hope you have a big day and hope all the 15 extended family members all get tickets :)

And most of all, give the doggies hell.

Its Ray Day! Hopefully it will be his current team saluting him, not his former one.

Congratulations Fa-Ren (I am correct inassuming he's from planet Krypton? Surely there aren't any other earth men with this name)

Faz has been a great pick-up for the Club. Not a world beater, but a good solid player who has given 100% every week.

Well done to get to 200 games faz. Many so called stars have not made it to 200 AFL games.

Have a really great game for the Saints on Saturday :D

Best overhead mark for a bloke his size I can remember seeing - very courageous too. Very similar to David Grant.
Has put together a very good career at the elite level - played in grand finals - remember he shut down Swan in the drawn GF. Did all he could to get us over the line.
Well played Faz.

I want to stand for something. I'm a loyal person and I think at the end of my career it will be great to look back and know that I'm a St Kilda person for life.

Listening to his presser... he is a helluva lot more self assured than I expected.

Well hopefully he will not need a 16th seat!

I would imagine that officially he is playing, even if there is not public announcement yet.

Reckon Sean Dempster is the best overhead mark for a bloke his size. But agree with the rest. Well done Ray!

Farren's story- http://www.saints.com.au/news/2015-06-2 ... en-height-
WHEN Farren Ray arrived at St Kilda at the end of the 2008 there was no honeymoon period to acclimatise to the fresh culture and new teammates.

At a Leading Teams session early in the pre-season, Ray, who had played 75 games for the Western Bulldogs to that point, was told in no uncertain terms that although his running game was good, his inside grunt work needed significant work.

Ross Lyon’s team was coming off a losing preliminary final and the club’s leaders, led by Nick Riewoldt, were not interested in mincing their words.

As the 29-year-old prepares for his 200th game this Saturday, against his former club, he reflects on this confronting and raw feedback as a pivotal moment in his career but not the only time where he has been challenged.

“When I came in, I was very quiet. There were lots of big names at the club and I really had to start again. I was like a new rookie and that’s the way I treated it,” Ray told SAINTS.com.au this week

Ray comes into Saturday night’s match feeling he is just starting to regain some form on the back of two AFL games after missing 11 weeks because of hamstring surgery.

For one of the few times in his career he will be a centre of attention.

Role player or not, he will become just the 518th man to rack up 200 games. That equates to less than 0.04 per cent of the footballers to have played at the highest level.

And it confirms that despite his low profile, Farren Ray is a pretty exceptional footballer.

Really good player over the journey and glad we got him, but he only gave us a half that day

Well done Fazza. Good honest toiler and great effort to make 200 games.

One of the most pleasing things is that even though he has hipster hair, he hasn't grown a beard. I guess it helps if you don't live in West Brunswick.
