The problem is everyone wants ripe and ready these days. Tall forwards need time.
I wish he was kicking 50 goals a year, but that's unrealistic.

The Buddy reference is to his style of play, and where he plays. Not his ability level.

Like the younger Buddy he is tall, quick and athletic....and plays as a roaming tall forward....and more a half forward, than a key forward (Though 2015 version Buddy has now beefed up and has really improved his contested ball work and contested marking which he used to be weak at).

Unlike Buddy, White was not a top draft pick.
