Would definitely bring Stanley in and play him as first ruck, Longer to back him up as 2nd banana.

Would keep Lee in and play him as a pure forward, none of this 2nd ruck rubbish. Does nothing for the team or Lee. I don't really want to drop Simpkin, but can't see who else goes out?

Don't disagree and Longer in that sense has to be first ruck. just don't think he has done enough at this point in time to hold his spot, but don't want to leave Stanley one out and ruck Lee again, or drop him just yet. tricky one.

He limped around for about half the second quarter. God knows why he was on the ground. he couldnt move and not one person came to him. Dont think he was subbed out because of that though.

Noticed that as well, seemed to have spent a 5 minutes limping on the wing. Was surprised he stayed on - was of no use in that state

I think you are right though, he just gets to too many contests to leave out. Saunders has taken a big step forward towards ousting him this week. Schnides should get a game on the back of that effort and I'm torn between Lee and Rhys. Lee needs games and Rhys is a better ruck. Hickey probably could take the ruck this week too.

No not you just a lot of posters in general really seem to can the guy,we can all see his limitations,and I get frustrated with him at times too,but really admire his efforts.Agree with Saunders being his replacement in time,but imo Saunders is in that time frame of not being able/ready to string together a full season,another pre-season will do wonders for him.

I was joking about the "gringe" ...anyway I always marvel at CJs effort even if he has limitations. Anyone who doesn't get why he is picked has to go watch a live game. He just gets everywhere. He will get involved with so many passages of play it is unbelievable.
