Did anybody else notice the proliferation of players (say that 3 times fast) - our's that is - giving each other the thumbs up sign against GWS? After a good pass, a good attempted pass, etc.
For a moment I started thinking I was watching an A-League game.
I don't have a particular problem with it, it just stood out and I wondered whether it was a conscious attempt to be more positive/encouraging of each other on the field perhaps?

Re: The "thumbs up" epidemic
Could be a conscious effort to improve team work and morale. If so thats great. Could also be an unconscious sign that team morale is high and the players are gelling and in the early stages of becoming a champion team rather than a team of champions. That would be even better
Either way its a really good sign
