Re: what will you do ...
jet lag anyone?
maybe too late to begin these precautions
http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/health ... 6489253975
Now while we can't avoid the time change, we can out-smart it. Here are ten tips to get you through those first few days of daylight saving tiredness:
1. Go to bed 15 -20 minutes earlier for a few days before putting clocks forward
2. Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier on Saturday and Sunday in preparation for the early start on Monday
3. Make the bedroom as bright as possible when you first wake up in the morning
4. Eat a good breakfast
5. Go outside in the sunlight in the early mornings
6. Exercise outside in the mornings over the weekend
7. Try to get between seven to nine hours sleep each night
8. Don't exercise just before going to bed
9. Don't drink coffee or other caffeine drinks in the evening
10. Don't go to bed hungry or too full

That's nothing compared to the sleep I lost when we were playing finals!

Take down the curtains because I don't want them to fade.

Re: what will you do ...
Why do we have to lose any sleep?
Who says it has to be at 2am on Sunday?
I told my boss at 4pm today that I was putting my watch forward an hour to 5pm; then grabbed my bag, wished her a good weekend and headed for the lifts
