May as well start a thread on should we get Goodes, Bartel or any other great 30 year old. Why Chapman though? Has he made it clear he is leaving?

He wants more then a yr at Geelong. And he's pretty unhappy there not backing him in.. That's all I was suggesting is he worth having a crack at. Obviously the answer is No from people on here..

He'll be lucky to get it....his stocky body looks just about shot to me.Hallalj#3 wrote:plugger66 wrote:May as well start a thread on should we get Goodes, Bartel or any other great 30 year old. Why Chapman though? Has he made it clear he is leaving?

Who? Dr. S? What position does he play? If he's no good as a player, he could be used as the morale officer.CURLY wrote:I'd take him for sure at the right price.
I started with nothing and I've got most of it left!

Be an excellent player for two seasons. Can't think of any reason why you wouldn't take Chappie if he was priced right.

Did you get a seed stuck in the cone?
He'd be lucky to get 200k out of GWS or Gold coast.
Recruiting this guy would be grounds for the membership in the microwave imo.

Now that i agree on. He would be on 350k at least at the moment. We wouldnt get him even if available for less than 300k. Hacks earn 200k. Chapman isnt even close to being a hack but he is the wrong for our club except when earning bugger all.
