ST KILDA admits its salary cap position has been constrained by a series of incentive-laden contracts handed to star players, but remains confident that all big-name Saints will be at the club next year.

"There are a number of reasons why we have had some constraints," St Kilda's list manager Ameet Bains told AFL.com.au on Tuesday.

"Contracts were written a certain way and the incentive clauses are a factor, but only one of a few."

siposs will re-sign the kid bleeds red, white and black. he's been given senior games as well and knows he's the future of the club.

cripps will re-sign given his mates are at the club and hes being given senior games. gilbert already has. gwilt will re-sign off the back of a serious knee injury. gram and kozi should take pay cuts, but who knows.

clarke and milne will be a wait and see thing.

Yeah, definitely more to come. As to when they are announced, well not sure now. Hopefully the players are using the bye to sort out some of the details and talk them through with the agents. I know the agents are flat chat with contracts ATM while also keeping their eyes on the u/18 carnival.
