what does it mean? it means our mids worked very hard but our fwd line was soundly beaten and our kicking for goal stunk. very disappointed in milney.

No it means we played against the best tactical coach in the AFL. Surely our supporters should know this after the last 5 years.

no doubt he "lyoned" us by putting numbers in the back 50 they allow u some "easy" inside 50s from various spots on the ground knowing they have numbers to defend. lyon doesnt mind if u kick it 10 metres from goal cos he outnumbers u there 5 to 2.
still once its in there u can still score or u need to not kick it or lead to where lyon wants/expects u too. surely our fwds shoulod have known this? but clearly its easier said then done. even scott commented that 12 more is a fair but more.

19 to 10 inside 50s in last quarter, which we won by a point. game over.
still, Melbourne next week (have to expect a win) and then the four games after that will be the true test of us this year. the fixture for the rest of the year is pretty soft, so if we can split that tough four we should play finals.
