all trained before the main squad all 5 looked good .they ran laps and did tackling drills and handball drills .main group had a pretty solid hitout ,wilkes,polo and newnes all trained well, no clue who out of those 3 will start .my first time at linnen house. the facilities and the oval look pretty good ,quite a few people there ,and players signed autographs after training.

Full squad on the park today. Seemed to me to be a loosening up session only, nothing too vigorous.
The whole complex with the new rooms etc for the Seaford Junior Footy Club and Oval No 3 currently under construction is really fantastic. Maybe the Academy will be using the new oval?
The Club has certainly got itself well set up now.

I would suggest Newnes will start. The other two are emergencies.
