Will missing this practice match seriously effect our pre season preparation ?
and will we have to take players to perth next week who may have been otherwise rested ?

time will tell .

The club is playing 3 x 20 min quarters at Wang tonight as an intra club so shouldn't effect next week
As a result.

didnt we only take 29 blokes?
how do we play an intra club?
Border Barry might get a run at full forward to make up the numbers?

Still, no fitness quite like proper match fitness so its not ideal.

Costs should be covered by Essendon also. Why could they not have planned on arriving earlier today? What a shambles I feel for the poor folk doing it tough up there in that part of the state.

I'm impressed we can play three quarters? What happened to the other one?

We played 5 quarters that seemed 10 mins....conditions driving rain to consistent rain!

3 min breaks

Was a decent contest considering
