Does seem like its comming down to Hinkley and Watters, both have pretty good records outside the AFL.
Two very different types of players, and it seems personalities also.
I think i would be happy with either one, maybe Hinkley gets my vote, just because has been in the system a few years more than Watters, and has been through the Cats dynasty under Thompson.
Banger will probably have to wait his turn, hopefully his turn is after our next coach has taken us to a flag or two.

It sounds like it's now down to a Hinkley/Watters choice. Hinkley has been
overlooked a couple of times now. Watters is less experienced.

Fortunately, our Coaching Panel has some good people on it, so let's assume that the most appropriate person will get the nod. This appointment is one of the most important decisions that will be made by Saints management, as it will carry its impact on us for the next 5 years at least.

Agree stinger, like blight he was more interested in playing golf than coaching when at our club last. Then cracked the shtts when blight was sacked for not wanting to work for his big bag of cash

I don't like that we chased Hinkley and asked him to apply for the job. It should be the other way around. It shows that he's not as keen as some. Don't want him.

I like he's eagerness.

Pity he's selling himself like a two dollar whore.
