Not bloody wrong.

It's been a long long year, let's all go and have a break and reform once again for 2012 as we greet out new coach.

Worst season ever.

Not worst in terms of ladder position.
Not worst in terms of the way we played.

But definitely the worst in terms of just prolonged suffering.
Our opportunities the two previous years were blown.
We had endured off-season dramas and media attacks.
And our once great side was slowly dissolving.

The bookends to each end of season were not great. We could have done without the Footy Show finish.

But, the game is won on the field and we have still got some great players. We are desperate for a new coach to lead the club and cultural change.

Our players are young men and supreme atheletes, they need direction, boundaries, goals and expectations. Time for a new age coach who is up with the times.

Yep relieved 2011 is now done and dusted.

Couldn't watch today due to the prosect of either the filth or handbaggers winning again.

Lets hope it's us that are celebrating this time next year!

I think this is the first time I have ever been glad for a footy season to actually be over. Last year I didn't want to go through the H and A season and finals - I just wanted to get to GF day and hope we were there.

This year I also just wanted to get to GF day but just so it could end.

Was not a fun year.

Right now, let's get a coach, have a nice quiet off season and FOR GOD'S SAKE, STAY AWAY FROM THE SCHOOLS!!!!

to the trade period
to the drafts
to the announcement of new fitness and sports science gurus
to the pre season
to the 2012 draw with half our home games at the G...

Happy footy new year saints fa.

Thank the lord its over for 2011. Really the end could not come quick enough.
We should have probably shut up shop after round11.

Len-dog knee
Gwilty knee
Riewoldt knee
Lyon dealing behind our backs.

Shocking year

Really only way is up for next year I believe.

There was also the court case involving Lovett & Sam Fisher getting king hit in a nightclub.

Next season can't come soon enough.
